The educational qualification required to appear for The Army wing of NDA is that the candidate must have passed their 10 + 2 from any recognised board.

The educational qualification required to appear for the air force and naval wings of NDA and 10+2 cadet entry scheme at INA is at the candidate must have passed their 10+2 which visits and mathematics is compulsory subjects.

Yes you can fill the NDA form but only for Indian Army not Navy or Airforce as to be eligible for Navy or Airforce candidate need to complete his 10+2 level with Physics and Maths as subjects which is why you are not eligible for Indian Navy or Airforce but you will be eligible for Indian army as there is no such restrictions for joining army as long as you are passed in your 10+2 level exam and fall in the age limit you are eligible for Indian Army through NDA.
