I'm confused between BDS and going for a long term. Is BDS worth doing or should I go ahead for a long term?
After MBBS , BDS is the second most opted field in India in medical line .
The salary will be very less than that of a MBBS degree holder but you will have the 'Dr.' before your name . Though in India there are not much options available but in foreign countries there is plenty of scope and various career options after BDS. And yes you have to be passionate about being a dentist .
Taking a drop is also a good option if you have the passion for MBBS and is ready to give everything for it . It will require your dedication and hard work . Thousands of students take drop every year out of which many get into good college for MBBS. Its worth a try .
According to me you should give another try and take a drop .
All the best.
Hope this helps.
