im confused between computer engineer and computer science engineer , are they both same or different and which have more scope in future

Both the things are same
When you do btech you become a computer science engineer. And the placement in computer science is alot, you can get a job very easily but the package will differ on what level you have acquired skills and how good you are in practical world
