Both colleges are fairly good and come neck to neck. But the HR program of SCMHRD is older than that of NMIMS and therefore the former has a larger alum base. It would be good to go through the placement reports of both the colleges once before you make any decision. It will give you a clear idea of which college is preferred by employers. As far as I have seen SCMHRD has an edge over NMIMS in the HR program as there are a lot of alums from SCMHRD in top HR positions in firms all over the country.
