BMS and BBA are managment courses they dont have much diffrences. What matters is the institution you are to join whether its BMS or BBA doesnt matter make sure you join in high valued managment institution.These will help you in good placements and higher studies.

I must tell you that both the courses are under the same stream that is management! Some colleges provide BMS while others provide BBA. Basically you must focus on the college you get into! the college is going to provide you the placements and not the name of the degree. You will be learning almost the same subjects in both of the courses.
