I'm currently in 12th standard,commerce not (maths) I'm interested in being a finance manager but don't know what courses to peruse after 12th ! so please suggest me step by step what are the courses after 12th to reach that goal.thank you!

To become finance manager,here is step to step method what to do after 12th-
- Earns a bachelor degree- It is minimum qualification for one to become financial manager.If you want to become financial manager you have to complete you graduation in Finance,Business Administration and Accounting.
- Earns Master Degree- In a company if a person have done advance studies like Master Degree in Finance,Business Administration and Accounting,they will get more preference than a student who don't have any master degree.
- Improve Work Experience- Typically, these professionals begin their careers in related positions, such as accounting or financial analysis. Financial managers are high-level personnel in most organizations and may be promoted from within.
- Professional Course- A person holding a professional course certificate will get more preference.For this you can do CFA( Chartered Financial Analyst).

As you are from commerce without maths background but even after that you can achieve your dream of becoming Financial Manager. Beacause finance not only deals with numbers but it is more that that. There are numerous opportunities available for that i.e., by working as an investment banker, accountants in accounting companies and Management firms which are certified. Banking and insurance is also common in this feild.
You can persue any of this careers after completing your 12th. -
- Charted Accountant- After completing 12th class, enroll yourself with Institute of Charted Accountants of India for Common Profeciency Test. After passing this test you can further enroll for group 1 or group 2 or for both groups 1 & 2 of integrated course to become Charted Accountant and clear both groups by completing the number of training hours as required. After completion of training enroll for final exam and appear for it. Pass it and become CA.
- Company Secretary- Anyone can enroll for this course who has completed his/her class 12th with any stream except fine arts. This course is divided into three parts- ~ Foundation course. ~ Intermediate Course. ~Final Course. This course is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi.
- Cist and Management Accounts- After passing class 12th exams, any student of any stream can qualify for CMA foundation course. This course includes three stages- ~ Foundation Course, . ~ Intermediate Course, ~ Final Course.
- Banking and Insurance- After completing class 12th one can pursue an undergraduate and post graduate course in this feild of banking and insurance. Some of this courses are- .:- BA in Banking, BBA in Banking and Insurance, B. Com with Banking, BA in Banking Management, MBA in Banking.
So you can choose any of this feilds as per your interests.

After class 12th you may need to follow the following steps to reach your goal of becoming a finance manager:
- Bachelor's degree- You can do a bachelor's course in any finance related field or in accounting, economics etc. Some reputed colleges for the same are SRCC, LSR, St Xavier's etc.
- Master's degree (2 years)- Doing MBA in Finance is ideal for your goal. Another option is Master of Financial Controls (MFC). Some best colleges for this are of course IIM's, XLRI etc
- Post graduation (1 year)- You can also do a post graduation diploma course like Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Management.
Apart from this you also need a few years of experience you achieve your goal.
