I'm currently in B.Sc (PCM) 2nd year. Can i pursue MS in CS from abroad even if i haven't done BSc in CS?

In general in abroad, for MS program one need to have a B.Tech or at least a BSc or BSc Research in CS. So its very unlikely for you to get a chance in abroad university, although I would recommend you to visit the eligibility criteria of the MS course in those university you are interested in for the course.
