Dear Darshan, there are 2 things to it. If you have studied Biology along with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or you havent had Biology as a subject. If you have studied Biology as a subject,  as you havent mentioned your Category, we are mentioning the general criteria.  For being eligible for NEET if you belong to General Category the aggregate required in your 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is 50%. It is 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. If you havent studied Biology, you can study Biology as an additional subject and then appear for NEET. Even then the aggregate required remains the same. And if you have studied Biology and you are planning on taking on NEET, this might help you:
