If by TC you mean ticket collector. Then below given are the qualifications of a ticket collector, with the steps to follow to become a ticket collector.
The minimum qualification to become a ticket collector is the successful completion of class 10 from a recognized board.
Steps to follow :-
- Register for RRB Examinations - Notifications of RRB ( Railway Recruitment Board) shared by various job platforms, media outlets and publications. Individuals are required to register on the official website for appearing in the examination. They may also apply offline for appearing in the examination by filling up the form and submitting it.
- Appear in the RRB Examination - Individuals who have successfully completed the registration formalities including fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria are required to appear in the examination with the admit card on the said date, time and venue.

Qualify the RRB Examination -
Individuals are required to qualify for the examination to get selected for the post of ticket collector in Indian Railways. The RRB examination includes 150 questions of General Knowledge, Aptitude, Mathematics and General English. Eligibility: Individuals must not be lesser than 18 years of age and more than 25 years of age to appear in the RRB examination.

But, if by TC, you mean Transfer Certificate, then to get your transfer certificate after 12th, you can go to your school office and get it with the marksheet of 12th. It might be a case that you need to fill some formalities or paperwork. After all this, you will get your transfer certificate.
