I'm doing 3rd year in B.Com via distance in AndhraUniversity (final year exams will be in Nov/Dec) am I eligible to appear in APICET 2019?

Yes you're eligible to apply for APICET 2019.This is an state level exam which is conducted by Venkateswara University on behalf of APSCHE, HYDERABAD. If you have any further queary please let me know. Also, wish you all the best for your both b.com and entrance exam.
