i'm doing chemical engineering in nit ap and just completed my 1st year but i want to do masters(abroad) in computer science, bow should i drop out from chemical engineering and again do b.tech in computer science or change my subject to computer science in masters ? what should i do now?

Yes you can change your stream in masters to Computer Science. But you will have to prepare for the entrance exams as per computer science syllabus. You will have to learn atleast one programming language and study subjects like:
1. Data structures and algorithms
2. Operating system
3. Computer networks
4. System architecture and design
5. Software development and testing
6. Database
7. Information theory

You will have to study the above mentioned subjects along with your course. But it can be easily achieved with good time management and consistency.
