According to your rank, chances seem to be less of getting admission in your preferred specialties through NEET PG State Counselling.
You can get admission through management quota in deemed universities. You can get MD Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Vinayaka Mission's Kirupananda Variyar Medical College and Hospitals, Salem, Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute.
Check the other colleges and medical specialties which you can get based on your rank
