You can opt for various private colleges and universities the fees structure varies from college to college and state to state.. However the fees varies from anywhere between 45lakhs to 75lakhs for 5years. Since you are predicting marks around 250.

Private medical colleges are the only option

Deemed universities of maharashtra have a package of 60 to 70 lakhs

Whereas Tamil nadu and puducherry have packages more than 90 lakh to 1 crore.

Medical colleges in andhra pradesh and telangana will cost 70 lakhs
