There is very less chance to you get any gov. Medical college.

So for private MBBS college you need to score above 300. For government one must score above 400 but above 600 is better. So your NEET score is 520. Your Overall Percentile is: 96.97 - 97.47 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is :39425 - 50575. Also depends upon last years cut-off. Adding it with 15% All India quota and 85% state quota seats in government colleges.
