it depends on in which categories do you belong if you are GENERAL than there is slightly less chance you will get any MBBS college form all India quota.
if you are SC/ST so you have a chance, you will be called for counseling and you will get an MBBS college
most important if you have any management quota then you are going to be doctor and
NRI quota has a good chance.
you have a good chance of getting any private medical college in India like MANIPAL UNIVERSITY, D.Y PATLI, SRM UNIVERSITY.
and every state got different cutoff for MBBS so wait for results.

For general category 431 is a moderate score. You have to wait until the second or third counseling. You need to score above 550 to get admission in a good medical college. Remember this time the cut off will be even higher.
