I'm fail in 6th subject. But my certificate says pass. Am I eligible for CLAT 2019 ?

The eligibility criteria of CLAT mentions two important things, i.e. you should have passed in the qualifying examination, i.e. Class 12th exam, and must have scored at least 45% (40% for reserved categories) in the examination in aggregate. Now, since you have been declared pass in your qualifying exam certificate, this means you fulfil the first condition. Coming to the percentage of marks.

It hasn't been stated by CLAT authorities as to how many subjects to consider when calculating the aggregate marks. In this respect, unless otherwise stated by a college/exam conducting body, the CBSE has five subject rule, wherein one language subject (English generally) and four other subjects with best of marks are considered. So, you go by this rule. Calculate your aggregate with five subjects and see if you fulfil the other eligibility condition of CLAT pertaining to the qualifying examination rule.
