It highly depend on which state you are from. Some states might have a cutoff in the 400s like Goa does whereas states like Rajasthan will have a soaring high cutoff of 500+.

Now, assuming you are from a state where you will not get a government medical seat. In tis case you can opt for private medical colleges like Terna Medical College (Navi Mumbai)
