see if you do quit your course now you  can not get the final certificate. generally you have to pay the semester fees, and if you do quit the course, your first years certificates would not help you in any admission to any others courses, however you have to pay the last semester fees which exams is awaited, generally if a candidates discontinue the classes for a longer period the registrations get cancel for not appearing in examinations. now you have to start fresh if you join in any new college for any new course.
