It is certainly possible to pursue MA in psychology even if you are from Msc stream. Most of the people who apply for this subject come from varied fields.

You must check the eligibility criteria for the major universities you intend to apply at. It is okay if you have not studied the subject earlier but you will be able to cope owing to your enthusiasm and dedication for the subject.
