im frm other state nd my gate score is 414 marks is 45.67 in EE paper can i get anna university ceg(other states are considerd as OC)

I am sorry to say that you cannot get admission there.Since you have got a decent score and also you have the plus point of reservation category , so you have chances to get admission other universities.
