I'm from andhra pradesh and my sc rank in state level is 3003 is there any chance for me to get a seat in government college in state quota?

You might have chances in getting the seat is 50 - 50 chances as the the scores and ranks of this year are not matching with the previous yearcutoff so the chances of getting seat cannot be defined accurately.
So you need to wait till the seat allotment .
