The student Should satisfy following eligiblity,
The student have completed his MBBS in Telangana.The candidate should be local candidate of Telangana.You should have studied MBBS in Telangana.Unless if you satisfy the above criteria you should not claim State Quota for Telangana in Govt Colleges.Refer this below link
