No, you cannot write AP EAMCET exam in Delhi. The exam centres of AP EAMCET are not in Delhi. You can write the exam only the exam centres listed by the exam conducting authorities.

Also, you cannot join Colleges in Delhi  on the basis of AP EAMCET entrance exam. You can get admission in States like Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Orissa through AP EAMCET exam but not all Colleges accept but only few Colleges accepts it.
