As you told that you are from Bihar and had done your 12th boards from Bihar board but you had mentioned any specific exam of engineering but as per the rules you can give every engineering exam irrespective of the board from which you are passout, however you cannot give exams like Eamcet, Kcet etc. These exams are state exams and require domicile of respective states...

If you are looking for a government college exam so you have to fill the form for JEE mains and need to qualify it.

For private colleges you have to fill tge exam form for respective college or the state combined engineering entrance examination.
