Yes colleges in delhi university offer courses in B.voc in computer applications.

You can check that out. It will be difficult to manage both the courses together. Since ,cpt,ipcc etc exams requires alot of hardwork.

But at the end it comes down to you, if you are really passionate about coding go ahead and try to manage things
