I'm from Delhi but completed my 12th from Hary. and bsc from du and i want to do mca from ip Uni.so am i in category ofdelhi 85% reservation

Just remember one point regarding this 85% reservation for IP University.
The last schooling or graduation you have done from Delhi or outside Delhi will put you into the 85% & 15% category respectively.
Thus as you did your graduation in Delhi you'll be in the reservation quota
