Dear Aspirant,
You won't be able to get into any government MBBS college with your marks as a minimum marks required for a general candidate for getting into a government medical college is 550+, However, if this is your first attempt then I suggest rather than taking admission in some private college with fees of 5-10 lakhs per annum you must take a drop year and prepare again for NEET 2020.
Join coaching from any of the good institutes like:-
- ALLEN, KOTA
- AAKASH, DELHI
- AAKASH, KOTA
- RESONANCE, KOTA
The fees of these coaching institutes will be nothing compared to the private colleges.
However, if you want to take admission this year itself, there are a lot of private colleges you can get with your marks in your home state as around 80% seats are reserved for home state candidates in any state.
Hope this helps.
Thank You.
With a score of 452 in general category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years, through state quota and all India quota. Last year, a minimum score of 517 was required to fetch one a seat in the North Delhi municipal corporation medical college and hospital in general category under the state quota. But, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your state
