Odisha state is located in the eastern part of India. It was founded on 1 st April 1936. The capital city of Odisha is Bhubaneswar. It shares its boundary with other states of India, i.e. West Bengal, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh & Andhra Pradesh. This state is emerging as a knowledge hub in India with various reputed colleges such as NIT, IIT, government colleges, etc. The average literacy rate of this state is 73.45%, as per the recorded census 2011.
