Yes there are hopes. Looking at the previous year cut-offs, you have a good chance of getting into a good government college in your state with an 85% State Quota. The last marks at whch an MBBS seat went for State Quota was in Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura, Srinagar for 449/720. Looking at this years scores, you have a good enough chance to get a government seat in your state.
