NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
Hey there
You have very low score so instead Karnataka is a State of lower cutoff you have very less chances of getting government colleges in mysore in general category.
Check neet cutoff Karnataka

Good luck
The cutoff changes every year depending upon the number of the candidates appearing for the examination, the category of the candidates, the difficulty level of the question paper.
If we take into consideration the previous year data, then you do not have any chance to get any government seat in Karnataka under both All India Quota and State Quota. However, you can go for private Medical colleges.
I am providing below the link of NEET College Predictor that will help you know about your chance in any medical College at your rank.

Hope this helps.
Good luck.
Dear aspirant,
According to previous years analysis (which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon no of candidates from general category since you have not mentioned any category i am assuming it to be general, level of difficulty of neet etc etc, also since rank fallout pattern is entirely different this year nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity, last year cut off rank was
48627
against 443 marks for mysore medical college , also for all categories max to max cut off is around 336-455 so you have no-meagre chances of admission in govt colleges
Hope this helps
