I'm from Madhya Pradesh,I got 81.4% in cbse 12th board , and 108 marks in MHCET, can I get admission with CSE or IT branch??

yes you can bag a seat in this branch, i'd suggest you to give preference to the government colleges while you are filling up the forms.
