Hi,
With a score of 120-130, it seems a little difficult to qualify NTSE stage 1. According to the qualifying cutoff, one needs to score a minimum of 40% (32% for SC/ST) in MAT & SAT each. Getting selected for the stage 2 will depend on the cutoff released by SCERT Maharashtra will be released in the third week of March,2019. Hey Aarya.
The cut off for qualifying NTSE Stage 2 from Maharashtra in the previous year was a score of 110. The score was out of 150 though. The cut off varies each year due to various factors like Competition, no of candidates, maximum marks etc. This year the maximum marks are 200 instead of 150. Hence you can expect a similar cut off in this range out of 200. Considering this you seem to have a fewer chances in a range if 120-130. Rest it would depend on the Factors.
Best of luck
