Sorry to say but no you cannot get government medical college with 349 marks even you are an obc candidate you should score minimum 500+ marks in neet to do mbbs in government medical college under 85% state quota. But you can get private medical college with your marks.

Hello dear student , I am really sorry to tell you that with these much marks you cannot get a seat in any of the government medical colleges. As people scoring 500 above get seats in medical colleges. So it would be impossible for you to get a seat with these much marks.
