It would had been better if you had mentioned your category since the cutoffs are different for different categories. Assuming that you are from general category, you have less chances for government colleges for 85% State Quota seats. Preferences are better for private colleges.

It's difficult to predict the exact possibilities of admission. It depends on the cut-off. Cut-off changes every year. It depends on the lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, whether you belong to any category or not. It varies from state to state. It also varies from state quota seats to all india quota seats.
However you haven't mentioned the category you belong to. So it's difficult to predict. However with 531 marks considering you as a general candidate you should get few government seats of medical College. To be on the safer side it's better to score above 550. However you can get government Dental Colleges for sure.
