I'm from open category can I get admission in Mumbai if I got 75/200 in CET for B pharma ?

It would be difficult but will not be impossible because there are number of colleges available, you can get admission in some good private colleges. Since you are from Open Category, chances will be available for you too, don't loose hope you can get a Government College if seats remain vacant. Check out all the options
