With a 41k rank in EAMCET and 139 marks in NEET, pursuing MBBS or BDS might be difficult. However, you have good options in paramedical and allied health sciences. Consider courses like B.Sc. Nursing, BPT (Physiotherapy), B.Sc. Nutrition, B.Sc. Medical Lab Technology, or B.Sc. in Radiology, which offer promising career opportunities in the healthcare field.

For NEET if its your first attempt. It's really ok that you were secure such low marks in the first try. Although they are extremely hard to secure good marks I'm pretty confident you would do much better if you concentrate solely on NEET 2025. You'd surely get a good govt college in all India counselling with much better marks of course .if your dream is not mbbs then go for para medical courses,bsc nursing etc.
