Hello dear student, with this less marks you cannot get a government college in Tamil Nadu as when we look into last year's cut off the minimum marks required to get a admission that too in just one  college was 453 in Government Medical College, Tirunelveli . but for the rest of the government college marks that are needed were very high. So it's is nearly impossible for you to get admission in any government college as marks that are needed are very high . So don't get dishearten.  You can try for the other private colleges thete is a chance that you get a management quota seats . Hope this was helpful.
