Looking at the previous records you hold no chance of getting admission in any of the goverment medical quota even through state quota.
Previous year minimum marks admitted for an sc candidate under state quota was 239 for Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Annamalainagar
For ESIC Medical College and Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Chennai it was 265.
However you can get a seat in PSG Institute of Medical Sciences through management quota.previous year cutoff for sc category under management quota was 145.
