Your rank is far too low to get admission in any medical college. You must have to score minimum marks of at least 350. You could take a drop and prepare again and try to score these many marks. Only then you will be able to get admissions in medical colleges.

As per your query I would like to tell you that with this your rank to getting admission is not possible government medical College under the All India quota.
As per years the cuttoffs mark's varies and it's depends on the difficulty level of questions paper and the numbers of students appearing in the exam and number of seats available in medical Colleges.
