im from Telangana ,i was studying in Karnataka,dipolma in textile technology .can i appear for tscet examination and do i have eligibility ?

Hello,
To appear for TSECET you must be a resident of Telengana or Andhra Pradesh and must have completed your 3 year diploma engineering/Pharmacy from state board of technical education of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh or any other diploma recognised by government of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh as equivalent.
So, as you have not completed your diploma in Telangana/Andhra Pradesh you are ineligible.
