Taking a look at the previous year's cut off marks for the OC FEMALE category for government medical colleges in Telangana, we see that the cut off was 556 marks and the college allotted was Government Medical College, Siddipet. For the OC MALE category, the cut off was 637 marks and the college allotted was Osmania Medical College.
As you can see your chances of getting a government medical college are extremely low.
However, you can get the following private colleges, based on previous year's cut off score-
Mahaveer Institute of Medical Sciences
TRR Institute of medical sciences
MNR Medical College, Sangareddy
Chalmeda Ananda Rao Institute of Medical Sciences
