Hello aspirant,
As you haven't mentioned your category, I'm considering it to be general. Since you belong to Uttar Pradesh, you can only avail management quota seats. However, the previous year cut off for this college was 41849 in the second round and no seats were left in the mop-up round. As you can see, you have almost no chance of getting into this college as one must score above 550 to get a seat even through management quota.

Sorry to say but with these scores you are not eligible for getting admission in Dayanand Medical college .Dayanand Medical college Ludhiana offers 50% seats for Punjab states candidate.
Talking about Cut off - for General cutoff is 618 in year 2019
for OBC- 513 and for SC- 413
But with marks 155 it is Very difficult to getting admission in any college .155 marks is very low in NEET.
According to my opinion you should try next year.
