I'm general candidate and I have got 160 /400 in upsee paper 8(lateral entry in b.tech) , can i get admission in govt.college???

As we all know that the cutoffs for especially general category is quite high compared to the others. It is difficult to tell just by your score as the rankings vary every year. UPSEE cutoff for 2020 has not been released yet but minimum of 25% is required for general category. I would suggest you to check for the previous year cutoffs .
