NTSE Qualifying cutoff for General/OBC Category is 40% (80 marks out of 200 marks) and for reserved category it is 32% (64 marks out of 200 marks).
You have good chances to qualify the exam. However, selection for stage 2 depend on the NTSE Maharashtra Cutoff 2019 which will be declared along with the result.
You can go through the previous year cutoff for reference. However, it should be noted that this year cutoff is expected to show much change due to change in the exam pattern.

Minimum 80 marks is must for qualifying out of 200however cutoff as per previous years in General category suggests that marks above 110 shall have high chances of conversion into Stage2 NTSE Maharashtra.
So your chances look very good.
