Dear Sanya, 130 marks in JEE Mains 2019 would fetch you around 95 percentile(this still depends on the slot in which you had your exam and normalization carried out by NTA). So at this percentile, you can get admission into NIT Trichy according to previous year's cutoff. Still, wait for accurate AIR to be released by NTA by the end of April.
