You have not mentioned which state you belong to. Also, your query isn't clear. However, With a score of 160, it is impossible to get a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. You may get into any private colleges, but it depends on your state. Last year, a score of minimum 300 or above remained to be a safe zone for the SC category under the state quota and a score of 400 or above remained to be a safe zone for the all India quota. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats, by which nothing can be predicted for sure.

You might need to wait for the results of NEET 2019.
According to the last year's merit there are high chances that you might be clearing with more than 50% and making yourself eligible for applying for the courses in various colleges, which give admission through NEET.
