Hey dear, seeing last year's cutoff which went very high that the studenta found it hard to get a govt. Mbbs seat even after getting 500 marks. Cutoff vary every year, and the competition becomes tougher. But with 165 marks you won't be able to get a govt. Bams seat for sure, it will be very difficult with this score. Although you can try for private colleges. For more information regarding marks and ranks go through this link:

Dear aspirant
NEET is the official entrance Examination all over the country for students to get admission in renowned medical colleges to persue MBBS , BDS , BPT , BMS etc degrees. So getting a seat In NEET counselling is not an easy task.
I am afraid to inform you that it is almost impossible to get BMS seat despite of EWS category with your marks through All India counselling 15 % seats . You have not mentioned you state. Different state counselling has different trends . You can seat for state counseling also for 85 % seats but your chances through that if also less in every category.
However you chances of getting private colleges are positive.
