The KEAM is Kerala engineering architecture medical entrance examination. This examination for all colleges in Kerala for engineering, architecture and para medical like pharmacy, nursing, bpt etc. So if you want to get admission in Kerala State then you have to give this examination. After qualifying the examination you will get chance to admission.

Now the total marks in KEAM is 480. If you getting around 387 or 390 which means it's very good score. Your rank also good position. And your 12th class marks also good. So you will get any good college. But you didn't mention that which course you want to join like engineering or architecture or Pharmacy.
