You have chances of qualifying the cutoff, since OBC cutoff last year was 118-96 (marks range) and in the 40th percentile. Your rank as per your marks comes to be about 5,00,000; which makes it very difficult to be able to get admission in a govt medical college, although you might qualify the exam.

Keep checking the cutoff lists and counselling processes as they start and also apply to private colleges.
