i'm getting 43 marks in gate 2019 EE from general category. what is the chance of getting NIT or psus ?

Although the official cut-off marks for GATE 2019 will be declared by IIT in mid-March 2019, according to previous year cut-offs and toughness of paper this year following are the predictions for the cut-off -
Electrical Branch -
General - 24 to 26
OBC - 22 to 24
SC/ST/PWD - 16 to 18
According to this, you will easily get qualified. Although it is tough to get admission in good IIT, I think you should explore other options and wait for the actual result. I think you can easily get other PSU's according to cut-offs.
